RETURN POLICY

Please choose carefully as DREAM4LOVE does not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Due a hand craftsmanship every items is unique and can slightly very in color and pattern.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or do not perform as advertised.

Please choose carefully as there is NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE for change of mind on reduced/sale items.


Returns:
In the instance that the item is faulty, the following terms and conditions apply.
The item can be exchanged for original purchase amount, for alternative product style or e-boutique gift card in the instance that:
    

•    The item is assessed and considered faulty
    

•    The item is different to the goods that were ordered
    

1.    Faulty items are those that are considered to hold a manufacturing fault.
    

2.    ‘Faults or damage’ that have been caused by the wearing of, or caring for the garment incorrectly are not considered faults.
    

•    The faulty items claim must be submitter within 14 days, from the purchase date. 
   •    The goods must be in original condition (meaning they have not be worn, altered, damaged or washed).
    

•    All tags are still intact.
    

•    Proof of purchase is provided, in the form of the transaction receipt or invoice.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from other stockists and vice versa.


Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
